1. Return / Replacement Criteria
You may request a return or replacement if the product you receive is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or missing from your order.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or unboxing video.

2. Non-Returnable Items
we do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been partially used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
Returns will also not be accepted if the product is not in its original packaging, or if the issue is reported after the eligible time period.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product or issue details are reviewed and approved by our team.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Cancellation Policy
We request you to review your order carefully before placing it.
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible. However, if you wish to make any changes before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
